During the planning weekend, we came up with the following desired results:
• Inspiration for action
• Leadership for the future
• Staying connected
• Creating shared meaning: Setting a compass
So again: Who could contribute, who should be invited? Let us review our initial invitation list and see if it still fits.
Is it realistic to expect 40 to 50 people (including the hosting team), or should we plan for some more? What will be the intimate space, then? Just a question. The initial responses from others are very positive ...
Can we create a shared list for the next skype call on June 26th? Who is stepping forward to collect the ideas and prepare one document?
